Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During promotional events or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days

4. Shipping Rates

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If the package is unclaimed after 30 days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
