Refund policy

At Shopovora, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective)
Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page at shopovora.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, contact us and we will investigate the matter.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
